Direct Debit: The easiest way to keep in control of your account is to set up a Direct Debit with us so that we take out either the full balance at the end of each month or alternatively the minimum payment or a fixed amount, it’s your choice when you set up your Direct Debit up. You can set it up through Online Account Manager or by calling us on 0371 376 9214 or 0371 376 9253 for Everyday Credit Card customers.
Online: Pay online through Online Account Manager where you can make payments from £1 up to your current balance using your Debit Card. You must pay at least your minimum payment amount. Please allow three working days before the payment due date to ensure the payment reaches the account.

Please note - Where making a payment with a credit card, the credit provider of that card may categorise this as a cash transaction and charge a different rate of interest and / or fees. Please refer to the payment card providers terms and conditions for more detail.
Phone in to make a payment: You can call our Customer Services to check your credit card balance and find out how much is due. You can then pay over the phone with your Debit Card. Please have your account number to hand when you call. Please allow three working days before the payment due date to ensure the payment reaches the account.
Internet or telephone banking through your bank: You need to make the payment to (sort code) 40-63-84 (account number) 86447010. You'll need to quote your Creation Credit card number (starting 5299) as a reference so that we can identify your payment when it comes into our bank account. Please allow five working days before the payment due date to ensure the payment reaches the account.
At a bank: This option is only available if you get a paper statement. Complete the payment slip (bank giro credit) on your statement and take it with your payment to your bank or any HSBC branch. Your bank may charge a fee for this. Please allow five working days before the payment due date to ensure the payment reaches the account.
By post: This option is only available if you get a paper statement. Complete the payment slip (bank giro credit) on your statement. Make a cheque or postal order payable to Creation Financial Services Limited, followed by your name and remember to write your Creation credit card number starting 5299 on the back of the cheque/postal order. Don’t staple or fold your cheque or postal order as we can’t process them if this happens. Send both the payment and slip to Creation Financial Services Limited, Providence Row, Durham, DH1 1RR. Please do not send cash and allow seven working days before the payment due date to ensure the payment reaches the account.
Please remember if you only make the minimum payment each month, it will take you longer and cost you more to clear your balance.
