Finding your way around
We try to design our websites so it's easy for you to find the information you need. If you get stuck, you'll find help pages, site maps and contacts pages in most of our sites.
If you use a screen reader
Not everyone uses a traditional browser, so we've designed our sites to work with screen readers. We use text (in ALT tags) to describe images. We use descriptive links so you know where the link takes you, and we don't use frames which are difficult for screen readers and special browsers to interpret.
Accessible communications
We've adapted our communications so you can access them in a wide variety of ways. Any information about our products and services can be supplied in a choice of formats within a reasonable timescale. Just let us know what you need.
