How can I make a Your Plan payment?

Direct Debit
When you applied for your Currys Your Plan account we set up a Direct Debit, so you don't need to worry about remembering to make repayments. If you've cancelled your Direct Debit or want to change your payment date, you can make changes through the Creation Finance App, your Online Account Manager. You will be protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Creation Finance App
The easiest way to manage your account is using the Creation Finance App, where you can view your account information, make payments and view transactions. If you're making a payment through the App, please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us.

Online Account Manager
You can manage your account, make payments, view transactions and update your details securley through your Online Account Manager. If you're making a payment through the Online Account Manager, please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us.

Bank transfer
Your Currys Your Plan account number must be quoted as a reference for any payments you make via bank transfer. Our bank account details to use to make your payment are below.

To make payments using the Creation automated payment option over the phone, call 0371 402 8905* and have your bank card ready. Choose option 1 to make a payment and enter Your Plan account number when it's asked for, then enter the amount you want to pay.
