How to make a payment?

Finance agreements and personal loans

You must pay by Direct Debit

All our finance and loan agreements must be paid by Direct Debit. This means your monthly payments are taken from your bank account automatically on the agreed date.

It’s the easiest way to make sure you never miss a payment. It also protects you through the Direct Debit Guarantee. If you've got a flexible credit account with us, you'll need a Direct Debit set up to be able to use your account again to make a purchase.

Please don’t cancel your Direct Debit.

Cancelling your Direct Debit may mean you miss payments, which can lead to fees, extra interest, or affect your credit score.

How to make additional or manual payments

You can check your balance, make payments and update your details as explained in the options below: 

Creation Finance App - the easiest way

Download the Creation Finance App from the App Store or Google Play.

Use the Creation Finance App to:

  • See your account balance
  • Make payments
  • Check transactions
  • Update your details

To make a payment, log into the app, tap on the More button next to your account and Payment icon at the bottom of the next screen. If you make a payment in the app, allow up to 3 working days for it to go through.

Online account manager

If you don’t use the app, you can log in to your online account manager to make payments or check your account.

Payments made here also take up to 3 working days to show on your account.

Pay by phone

You can also pay over the phone.  Call us on 0371 402 8905*

Have your account number ready - it’s on your statements, in the Creation Finance App or your online account manager.

We’ll ask you a few security questions; then you can choose which account you’d like to make a payment on. 

Bank transfer

We recommend using Direct Debit, the app, or the online account manager.

But if you need to, you can pay by bank transfer.

Credit and store cards

We recommend paying by Direct Debit

Creation Credit Card App

The easiest way to manage your account is by using our Creation Credit Card App which is available for both Apple and Android users. You can make payments towards your card in the app and speed up future payments by saving card details.

Online Account Manager

If you don’t want to use the app, you can log into your online account manager. to make payments or check your account.

If you're making a payment through your online account manager, please allow three working days for the payment to reach us.

Bank transfer

For credit cards your account number (starting 5299) must be quoted as a reference. For store cards, your account number (starting 6319) must be quoted as a reference. Please allow five working days for payments to reach us. Our payment details are:

At a bank

Take the payment slip from your monthly statement and your payment to your own bank. A fee may be charged if you use another bank. Please allow 5 working days for payments to reach us.
