Our 'What’s My Impact' programme is focussed on tackling social issues, embracing wellbeing and encouraging fundraising and environmental initiatives so we can help make a difference to our people and our local communities.
All of our colleagues are encouraged to take a ‘What’s My Impact Day’ which they can use to make a positive impact. This helps our teams develop their own skills whilst helping others.
In 2018 we were proud to launch a new three year partnership with Dallaglio RugbyWorks. As the founding partner of Dallaglio RugbyWorks in the West Midlands we’re helping to support young people excluded from mainstream education so they can have a more positive future through securing a place in sustained education, employment or training.
