If you are currently in your Special Offer Period and your income has been impacted or you expect your income will be affected as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, you may request an extension of up to 3 months to your Special Offer Period. We will review your request and contact you to confirm if you have been accepted and, if your request has been approved, the new Special Offer Date that applies to your Credit Agreement.
Please note you can submit your request for an extension up until the end of March 2021.
Customers who are in the Special Offer Period and either have a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) plan under a Your Plan Agreement or a BNPL Retail Finance Agreement may ask for an extension to the Special Offer Period.
If the Special Offer Period is extended and you pay your BNPL balance in full by the new Special Offer date, you will not be charged any interest. If you do not settle your balance in full by the new Special Offer Date, you will be charged daily interest during the whole of the Special Offer Period, including any period of extension. This means you will have to pay more interest and it will cost you more to pay off the loan. The extra interest will be due at the end of your Credit Agreement. As a result, it may not always be in your benefit to extend the Special Offer Period if you cannot settle your Account in full by the new Special Offer Date.
Your Credit Agreement will be extended by at least the number of months your Special Offer date is extended for. We will confirm the details of how your Agreement is affected when we’ve processed your request.
Please be advised that if you are able to afford to make any payments during your Special Offer period, this will reduce the interest you will be charged.
If you have a BNPL Retail Finance Agreement with us and your request has been approved, no additional interest will be charged during this extension period only.

If you have an existing payment holiday for this product, we will contact you before it ends to let you know what happens next. Please do not submit another payment holiday request as it will not be approved.
