What does Clause 14 mean?
Clause 14 is part of your Credit Agreement with Creation Financial Services Limited. This clause gives Creation the right to end your agreement at any time by providing at least 2 months written notice. Your Creation Card will be closed after this notice period, but you will still need to repay Creation any outstanding balance by making at least the minimum repayment each month. -
Will the way I pay change?
No. You can still use your Direct Debit or pay by debit card. -
What about my payment plan?
If you’re on a payment plan – it’ll carry on as normal until the balance is paid off. -
Can I still use the app or manage my account online?
Yes – you can still check your account and make payments using the Creation Credit Card App or your online account manager, until your balance is fully paid off. -
Will I still get statements?
Yes, if there’s a balance and your Credit Card account is in good working order. -
What happens to my 0% or Flex offers?
They’ll carry on as normal, if your account is up to date. -
Will this affect my credit file?
If your account stays in good working order and you make payments on time, closing the card will not harm your credit file from your usage of credit with Creation. -

What if my account ends up in credit?
If your account is in credit after 01 February 2026, we’ll get in touch to return that money to you. -

Cashback
If you had a Creation Cashback Card, you won't be able to earn any more Cashback as your card is closed. Any Cashback earned will be credited to your Credit Card balance by 01 February 2026, if your account is in good working order. If your Credit Card account is in credit after this date, we'll contact you to send the money to your preferred bank account.
