You may be aware that Thomas Cook has ceased trading. If you’ve used your Credit Card provided by Creation with Thomas Cook and your flight or holiday has been cancelled, then you may be entitled to a refund.

If you’re still abroad and due to return home on or before Sunday 6th October, we strongly recommend that you follow instructions given out at your resort. You may also visit thomascook.caa.co.uk/customers* for guidance.
If your travel plans are covered by ATOL
If your travel arrangements are ATOL protected you should make a claim for a refund via the ATOL Scheme. Details will be held on your ATOL protection certificate within your booking documentation. Please visit thomascook.caa.co.uk/customers* for guidance
If your travel plans are not covered by ATOL
If your travel arrangements are not ATOL protected you may be eligible for a refund through your travel insurer or under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act on your credit card. If you’d like us to look into a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll need to attach a copy of your invoice, travel itinerary and any other relevant correspondence. Please also include your full name and address. We normally respond to your queries in 28 working days; however due to the expected demand following this announcement our standard response times may be longer.
