Our loans are flexible, you can take them out from 2 to 5 years and for a whole range of amounts:

What we'll need from you
To complete your Creation loan application we'll need:
- A form of identification (your passport, driving licence or an electricity bill)
- A landline telephone number (if you don't have a home phone, this can be your broadband number)
- Your residential history for the last three years (including postcode)
- Your bank or building society current account details
- Your credit or debit card details
- If you're resident in Northern Ireland, we'll also need your passport
Key Criteria
Before you apply, please be sure that you satisfy these criteria:
- You are aged over 25 years old and will be less than 75 years old when the loan ends
- You have a minimum income of £12,499 per annum
- You have a bank or building society current account
- You do not have a history of adverse credit i.e. County Court Judgments (CCJs) or bankruptcy
- You have been a permanent UK resident for at least 3 years.
